A Rare Mountain Getaway – Forest Service Lease Cabin. Cabins like this are getting harder and harder to find! Tucked away in the woods and surrounded by the beauty of the National Forest, this is a special opportunity to enjoy your very own little mountain escape. Enjoy mornings with the wildlife, the smell of pine trees, and quiet evenings. Whether you're looking to get away from the daily grind, spend time with family and friends, or simply enjoy everything the great outdoors has to offer, this cabin is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the simple things. Forest Service lease cabins are a rare find and offer a unique opportunity to experience mountain living in a way that just isn't easy to come by. It's not your typical cabin property, and that's part of what makes it so special. Please note: The cabin is located on U.S. Forest Service land and is subject to the applicable special-use permit and Forest Service regulations. The land is not included in the sale. Transfer and continued use are subject to Forest Service requirements and approval.
