Invest in a well-established bar and casino AND 7 lots with a shop, to include an all-beverage liquor license! The casino is the draw, and the revenue maker, with its private setting, comfortable chairs and 17 leased gaming machines. Games are leased, which means much less labor intensive bookkeeping than owning your own! It is just off the highway with high visibility and traffic counts. Bar is an easy, low-maintenance scenario with limited food offerings, coolers, ice machine, microwave and a mini pizza oven. The property is 7 full lots, to include the bar. Seller has recently put metal on the outside of the bar/casino and it has a covered front porch. Laundry space and some washers and dryers are on site, so customers can do their laundry and gamble at the same time! Newer poker room is in place, but not currently being used. Central air and furnace were recently installed. Sale includes two owned propane tanks. Metal fence along the whole front part of the properties. 16-camera security system. Storage throughout and a basement. Seller MAY carry a contract.
