Born and raised in Montana, Jannie has called this state her home for most of her life. And living in Bozeman the past 40 years has built strong ties to this community.

Jannie started her real estate career in 2011 (by feeding her rebellious spirit) and wanting to work on her own terms, being fully independent. She built the foundation for her business by teaching the First Time Home Buyers’ Class through the local HRDC. Her business has expanded over the years to include high-end residential, ranch properties and commercial listings. The camaraderie she feels with her fellow agents and clients keeps her lifestyle filled and active.

Jannie has worked on several committees for GAR by being a member and past chair of the Government Affairs Committee and RPAC Committees as well as currently sitting on the Board of Directors. (She has also personally testified at Bozeman City Council meetings.) For MAR she currently serves as Trustee and Former Chair of the RPAC Committee and member of the Government Affairs Committee. For NAR she has served as the Montana representative for the Housing Opportunity Committee, RPAC Participation Committee and RPAC Major Investor Committee.

Jannie received the REALTOR® of the Year Award from Gallatin Association of REALTORS® in 2019, an accolade she holds very dear to her heart (as evident in the “diamond” tiara she designed and wears around the office when she’s feeling sorry for herself.) She completed the MAR Leadership Academy in 2022.

In her spare time, she loves being completely run over by her grandchildren, gardening, walking her dog along picturesque Bozeman city streets, and anything related to gunpowder.
