A true Montana native, Jannie Wiseman was born and raised in central Montana and has proudly called the Treasure State home for most of her life. After graduating from the University of Montana with a degree in music performance, she settled in Bozeman, where she has been an active member of the community for over 40 years.

Jannie's distinguished career in real estate spans more than 15 years. As a dedicated Broker, she holds elite industry designations-including GRI, CRS, ABR, and REALTOR—reflecting her deep commitment to providing her clients with top-tier expertise. Her exceptional performance and dedication to the industry earned her the prestigious REALTOR® of the Year award from the Gallatin Association of Realtors in 2019,as well as the CEO Award for Outstanding Service from the Montana Association of REALTORS® (MAR) that same year.

Deeply invested in the future of real estate, Jannie dedicates her time to local, state, and national committees, with a fierce focus on preserving and maintaining private property rights. Her extensive leadership record includes serving two consecutive terms on the Southwest Montana Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors (2019–2024) and currently serving on the Montana Association of REALTORS Board of Directors (2022-2027). A 2023 graduate of the MARLA Leadership Academy, Jannie is also a prominent advocate for the REALTOR® Party, serving as the Vice Chair of the state RPAC Committee(2025-2026), a member of the local RPAC Task Force, and the Montana Representative for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) RPAC Major Investor Council as a Golden R President's Circle investor. She was inducted into the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame in 2026. In2027, she is scheduled to serve as the Southwest Montana REALTORS Association President-Elect, followed by President in 2028.

Beyond her real estate advocacy, Jannie gives back to the community as an Advisory Board Member for Erik's Ranch and Retreats, supporting their locations in Montana and Minnesota. When she isn't serving her clients or her industry, Jannie loves spending time outdoors, traveling across the state, and enjoying the rich, diverse terrains that make Montana so extraordinary.
