Community Involvement:
Stafford Animal Shelter Board of Directors

"Chip" Njaa

I understand that there are literally hundreds of other real estate agents in both Gallatin and Park county, all vying to become your personal guide through the home buying or selling process. As you begin your search to hire a buyer's or listing agent, it's important to find a REALTOR® who is both well established and active in his or her community. I've called Livingston my home since 2006 - Bozeman since 1996 - and owned a successful retail business before my transition to the real estate industry. I've also been a volunteer with local non-profit organizations like the Stafford Animal Shelter, where I've held a position on the Board of Directors since 2013. This civic engagement has allowed me the opportunity to make numerous friends and inroads with my fellow community members. These are the connections that now help me serve you better. A good agent can help you buy or sell a house. A GREAT agent guides you through the process while instilling confidence along the way. That confidence comes from local knowledge and experience. Not all real estate agents can claim this and I believe it's what helps me stand out from the rest.
